Love for MPLS's Sick of Sarah

Sick of Sarah's Abisha

Sick of Sarah is performing a special home show at Lush Food Bar this Saturday, March 10.  We sat down with Colie Sawinski, (SoS's tour manager) to give us an insight into the band and their upcoming International tour.

Video games are getting gayer

The new  si-fi video game Mass Effect 3 is letting players customize their characters in a very progressive way.  Not only can you pick the gender of the main character, you can lead your character to a intergalactic same sex romp.

Check out the videos of the guys in the bed & the girls in the shower after the jump.

Aziz Ansari has a huge heart!

Aziz Ansari (or the Lovable Tom Haverford to Parks and Recreation fans) has a huge heart.

After learning about the nonsense GLBT youth experience in the Anoka-Hennepin school district, he raised $13,200 (with two stand-up shows) for  Justin's Gift.

"Justin's Gift provides empowering programming for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning youth and their ally friends. The services are primarily for youth in the general vicinity of Anoka, Andover, Blaine, Champlin, Coon Rapids, and Ramsey but youth from any community are welcome!"

What an awesome Ally!

help this quietly popular St. Paul gay bar stand out.
Flatscreens, artsy decor and comfortable couches
